Sort of cliche, perhaps. But sweet nonetheless

So this is the fanart50 Challenge prompt 36 - Cheater. In case you didn't know, the "panda" Doof is talking about is Peter the Panda from the Phineas and Ferb episode, "It's About Time." Peter is Doof's new nemesis, and Perry is thrown to the side. Hence the reason this fits for "Cheater"
